WATCH Un condé 1970 IN HD STREAMING
Dassa, un tenancier de bar qui refuse de distribuer de la drogue à ses clients, est abattu par les hommes de Tavernier dit "Le Mandarin". Peu après, Hélène, sa sœur, est molestée pour les mêmes raisons. Barnero, un jeune inspecteur est sur le coup ainsi que Favenin, qui vient d'être muté pour raisons disciplinaires. Dan Rover, un, ancien ami de Dassa, fait appel à Viletti pour venger la victime. Raymond fournira l'alibi aux deux complices. Barnero songe à abandonner le métier qui le déçoit mais veut auparavant arrêter Le Mandarin.
