La soeur d'Alex Scholl, un agent spécial, vient d'ailleurs de se suicider ne parvenant plus à subvenir aux besoins de sa fille. Peu après, Alex assiste avec impuissance à l'enrichissement d'un homme d'affaire sur le dos des autres et excédé il décide d'agir... Ainsi, il s'associe alors avec des braqueurs pour voler de l'argent et le distribuer aux plus pauvres.
