WATCH Le Brise-glace 2016 IN HD STREAMING
En mars 1985, le brise-glace «Mikhail Gromov» navigue dans les eaux de l'Antarctique. Tout bascule quand un membre de l'équipage tombe à la mer, mobilisant l'équipage et empêchant le navire d'éviter un imposant iceberg. Le bateau, est partiellement endommagé et le capitaine Petrov, tenu pour responsable, est démis de son poste. Leningrad fait alors envoyer par hélicoptère l'officier Valentin Sevchenko, chargé de remplacer Petrov.
