Deux frères, un destin... L'aîné démarre en force dans le grand banditisme menant une vie de criminel et de violence. Il s'aperçoit rapidement qu'il fait fausse route et qu'il doit faire marche arrière pour donner l'exemple à son jeune frère. Malgré son repenti, des années plus tard, le jeune cadet tombe à son tour dans le monde de la drogue et du crime. Suite à un deal qui tourne mal, il est assassiné. Shokka, son frère, se voit alors dans l'obligation de revenir dans la course, pour venger son jeune frère... Les assassins vont se trouver confrontés à la fureur d'un homme déterminé.
