Dans une région d'Europe médiévale, la tradition de Noël n'est plus qu'un lointain souvenir, le Père Noël n'étant plus apparu depuis plusieurs années. Un jour, une jeune orpheline, Ayden, reçoit un cristal magique d'un elfe, qui l'avertit que le Royaume a perdu sa magie, et qu'elle seule pourra la faire revivre. Ayden et ses amis se lancent alors dans un voyage périlleux, et vont devoir échapper aux dragons, aux lutins, aux bandits, aux ogres et autres créatures imaginaires...
