Cette nouvelle politique amène la brigade des stupéfiants à resserrer l'étau autour du plus célèbre des barons de la drogue du sud-est asiatique, le général Yang. Officier de police intègre, Deaw fait partie de la section d'élite Arintharath dirigée par le commandant Puntakarn Ritdamrong. Mais à la suite d'une rafle qui tourne mal, ce dernier est abattu par un homme de main du général Yang. Celui-ci prend la fuite avant d'être finalement arrêté par Deaw. Pourtant, profondément marqué par la mort de son patron, Deaw décide de quitter la police.Il se laisse alors convaincre par sa sœur, championne de Taekwondo, de l'accompagner dans un petit village au nord du pays. Découvrant la beauté de la campagne thaïlandaise, Deaw retrouve peu à peu sa joie de vivre. Mais le répit est de courte durée...
