En 1966, dans un Japon sous tension à cause de la guerre du Vietnam, des militaires américains stationnés à la base aérienne de Yokota doivent faire face à un danger inattendu : des vampires, immondes créatures se nourrissant de chair humaine, seraient infiltrés parmi eux.
